Great clinic with the Salve Women's Team tonight. They are running another one for us next Wednesday!

Two key tips from their coach: 1) Put your second hand much lower on the stick to get power and control in passing and shooting and 2) Use your body to move the other player away and to protect the puck.

First practice is October 5 @ 8am at St. George's!

We have power skating, shooting clinic, small skills stations, practice with St. George's Varsity girls, clinic with Salve girls, and scrimmages all planned. We will group girls by age/ability, so all levels welcome.
