Updated Travel Team News

Practices have been added for most teams. We will all have light practices before our rinks open in Oct. and we then - as you know - kick into full gear. So continue to check your team page and register ASAP so we can updates rosters with the state and on your team page.

SNEHC (Travel) updates for this season:

• Midgets: 9-12 to 11-1.  Playoffs 11-7 & 11-8. (Top 4 make the playoffs)
• Squirts, Peewees and Full Season Bantams: 9-18 to 2-28.  Playoffs 3-1 to 3-13.  (Top 6 make the playoffs)
• Mite A will play cross-ice games under RI hockey until Jan 1 and then SNEHC will take over with an 8 game full ice schedule.  Start and end dates TBD.
• Blackout weekends for games are only Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. 

Travel team practices will begin in late August/early September.  

House League, MDP, and Learn to Skate will all begin in early October. Registration will open in September.   

The NCYHA Christmas Tournament will be held Dec 27-29th.  If you would like to help make this years tournament a success, please contact Sean King (Tournament Director)  ksp82@cox.net  Sean is working on booking the teams now and the tournament takes months of planning.  Please offer Sean some help if you can.  This is our largest fundraiser and we need as much help as possible.

Please spread the word that we still have a few remaining advertising spots on the cross-ice boards that were purchased last season. Contact Andrew Reilly (Sponsorship Director) rudyonthebeach@gmail.com for more information.  Andrew is also looking for businesses interested in a sponsorship for the tournament.  Businesses get placed on the website Home page for the entire 2015-2016 season.
