In an effort to provide the best possible instruction to the participants of the Newport County Youth Hockey Association we are asking that parents, along with their player(s), take a few moments to complete our coach evaluation. This will give us a better indication as to the strengths and areas needing attention at Newport County Youth Hockey Association. The information in these evaluations is confidential and is simply used as a tool for NCYHA to evaluate our coaches, as well as hear feedback from the season. Please feel free to submit multiple surveys - for your head coach as well as assistants.
