As we enter the New Year we are continually looking to strengthen and improve the Newport Whalers Youth Hockey Program, so the Board is asking for your help by completing a short survey.

Your feedback is extremely important and will provide valuable insight to help guide future decisions. The survey is anonymous and should only take a few minutes to complete.
