2024/2025 Evaluations and Season Deposit registration is open here.
All participants must fully complete this registration by Thursday, February 29, 2024. Late registration will be accepted with $50 late fee until Sunday, March 3 for players at the U8, U10, U12 and U14 age groups and until Thursday, March 7 for the U18s. No registration is available at the rink. In order to participate, a player must be paid in full for the prior season and must submit a $250 season deposit. This deposit (less late fees) is applied to tuition for NCYHA programs for the 2024-2025 season. Deposits and late fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Important notes for players in U8 Mite and U18 Midget age groups:
**U8 Mite
U8 Mite Team Selection evaluation is open to all players born in 2016 and 2017. We anticipate a large number of players registering for Mite Travel Tryouts. Younger players or players that have only participated in the starter/beginner (S) group of the Mite Development Program (MDP) are strongly encouraged to participate in MDP in accordance with the USA Hockey Athlete Development Model. MDP registration will open in September.
Players will be selected for a travel team based on current season coach evaluations and skill evaluations at tryouts. Any players not placed on a Mite Travel team will have their deposit applied to MDP registration. **
* U18 Midget (2006-2009 birth years)
USA Hockey roster limits us to a maximum of 20 players and 2 goalies per team. We hope to be able to again carry multiple teams at the U18 age level but will need to assess based on confirmed interest. Players will secure a roster spot in the order that this assessment registration is received. Should a scenario arise where we have more players than can be rostered to our teams at this age group, we will advise as quickly as possible and will refund the deposit amount (but not any late fees). Every effort will be made to accommodate all players.
* Mite, Squirt & PeeWee fees listed above do not include the deposit already collected at spring tryouts. Travel goalies pay 50% of the above posted rates.
If the participant did not attend Spring tryouts, please add the $200 non-tryout participant fee when registering for Mites, Squirts PeeWees, or Bantams; $100 for Goalies.
If you are registering more than one player in your family this season, you will receive a 10% discount on the third (and fourth, etc. if applicable) child's registration fee. In order for the registration system to recognize that your family is registering multiple players, please register all of your players at this time. On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all of your family's players are registered within the same order.
